"Keep Fighting Litte Man"
Dear Little Collin,
I said a prayer for you today that God would take your pain away. You are a little guy and still have lots of things to do..You need to have more time to grow and play with your friends.and spead your smile all around everyone. .I think if we all pray really really hard. "God will see you though"
So hang in there buddy..we love you Collin

Having known many firefighters and having been personal friends with the late Steve Waltman, i know how losing someone to cancer can feel and how hard it is to cope with. As a future schenectady Firefighter/paramedic a big thanks goes out to the currents men and women and your generosity to your brothers and friends, like Steve is ***. god bless all firefighters.

Over the years cancer has shown its ugly head. It took the lives of 2 members of my FD, along with my bestman and my father-in-law.

Thank you Schenectady Firefighters for this great undertaking.
I know the father of one of the chiefs in your department who is currently battling cancer. He is in my prayers every day. He is blessed to have firefighting brothers and sisters like you.
I lost my grandfather (Chief, West End, Hempstead Fire Department) to lung cancer, great uncle (Captain, Hempstead Fire Department) to skin cancer, and uncle (firefighter, Greenville Fire Department) to esophageal cancer. I am all too familiar with the pain and loss caused by cancer in our community.
I am proud to support you and wish you success with this noble endeavor.
